Order Processing:

MINIMUM ORDER:  $200.00.  Orders under the minimum are subject to $10.00 processing fee
ORDER QUANTITY:  Orders must met inner pack minimum quantities as specified in product description.                                                                
All sales are subject to approval

California Resale Certificates:

• We are required to maintain a copy of either a resale license or a resale certificate for all resellers in California.  A copy of the resales certificate must accompany the opening order.

 Returns:

Damages and shortages must be reported within 5 days in order to receive replacement or refund.  All returns must be pre-approved by SF Mercantile.
